ScaleWithKedar is operated by Kedar Prasad PV. This policy explains how information is handled when you use scalewithkedar.com, contact us, or interact with the @scalewithkedar Instagram account and its resource-delivery automation.
Information we handle
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business details and message. Website hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website.
For Instagram resource requests, our automation processes information made available by Meta, including comment and post identifiers, comment text, usernames, timestamps and message delivery results. Workflow execution logs may contain this information. We use it to recognise a resource keyword, send the requested guide, record delivery and prevent duplicate replies.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, provide requested services and resources, operate the website and Instagram integrations, investigate delivery failures and protect these systems. Commenting a resource keyword requests the corresponding resource; it is not a request to be added to an email marketing list.
Services involved
The website uses WordPress and Hostinger hosting. Instagram interactions are handled through Meta’s services and our n8n automation. Guides may be hosted in Google Docs. These services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Opening a guide is subject to its displayed access settings; comments you add to a shared document may be visible to others with access.
Retention and security
Information may remain in enquiry records, automation delivery records, execution logs and backups. The current integration does not specify a fixed automatic deletion period for every record. You may request deletion using the contact details below. Information required for security, legal obligations or resolving a dispute may need to be retained; provider backups and platform records are subject to their own retention rules.
Access to the website and automation is restricted through account authentication and service credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion of information held by ScaleWithKedar, email connect@scalewithkedar.com with the subject “Privacy request”. For an Instagram request, include your username and enough details to locate the interaction. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Deleting a ScaleWithKedar record does not itself delete your Instagram comments, Meta account data or Google account data. Manage those records through the relevant platform. You can contact @scalewithkedar to ask us to stop responding to your resource requests.
Cookies, contact and changes
WordPress and service providers may use cookies or similar technology for site functionality. Your browser settings let you manage cookies. Linked services and websites have their own privacy practices.
